Decorative foam (EPS or XPS) profiles should be coated with 1.5-4mm acrylic based mortar in order to be used for facade applications.

Pac automatic mortar coating machine provides smooth and even coating of mortar.

Moulds are easy to mount and change, which results in fast mould change and easy maintenance.

Running conveyor band is made from 5mm PVC material and directly driven by a motor.

The capacity is about 1000 meters per hour.

All iron components of the machine are coated by electrostatic powder paint.

The conveyor band is fixed so that it is not dislocated in any way.

Based on the width of the profiles, 30mm or 450mm coating apparatus is used.

Side support system is made from 20mm stainless shaft.
